The Info You’re After 

  • How do I book?
    You can book most of our services through the website, just pick your preferred time and date and we will always try to accommodate it. If we can’t, we will find another convenient time for you. To book Window Cleaning, please fill out the form on our website and we will be in touch within 24hrs. We will then clean your windows next time we are in your area. You can also give us a ring to book any of our services
  • What are your opening hours?
    We are open between 08.00-17.00hrs Monday-Saturday and are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays
  • Do you give a specific time for when you will arrive?
    We don’t give a specific arrival time as there are so many variables that affect it like the weather, traffic and typical day to day things that change the duration of a clean. We can often indicate AM or PM which most of our clients find helpful.
  • What if I’m not in when you arrive?
    You don’t need to be in for any of our services as long as you can provide access so we can clean the rear and any sides of your property. We will send you a message the day before we are due so you can leave any side gates etc unlocked if you have left a mobile number. If there isn’t access to the rear and you aren’t in, we will clean the front windows and charge 50% of the price.
  • How do I know you are coming?
    If you have provided us with a mobile number, we will send a message the day before we arrive so that you know we are coming and can make any access arrangements needed.
  • Will you just turn up?
    We always let you know before we arrive if a mobile number has been provided.
  • What if I have a problem?
    You can always email us or give us a ring, we are always happy to help! We also offer our ‘Handy Guarantee’ which means that if there are any issues with the clean, we will return to rectify it as soon as possible if you tell us within 24hrs of the clean taking place.
  • Will it be on the same day each time?
    We try to stick to the schedule as close as possible but weather, public holidays and many other things can impact it. It will always be within a week either side of the regular date whether that is on our 6 or 12 weekly schedule.
  • How do I pay?
    You can pay via cash on the day or sign up to our Direct Debit method via our payment partner ‘Go Cardless’. For one off cleans, you can also pay via bank transfer to our account or via paypal using the payments page on our website.
  • Do you accept cash?
    Yes we do.
  • How does the Direct Debit work?
    Once the form is filled out, we update our system only when the clean is completed and payment is automatically taken 3-5 days after. You will get a notification before any payment is taken and don’t need to do anything at all.
